This luxury penthouse was equipped with Vitrea VTouch Pro home automation system.

The VTouch pro’s distinct advantage is the fact that it is so easy to deploy. It’s our clients favorable choice, due to the fact that there is no need for expensive infrastructure, upgrades, or complex wired installations.

Moran Gozali an interior designer and architect, was chosen to design this penthouse that was inspired by an exotic “resort”-like spirit. She says:” “In the studio, we believe that the house should function as one harmonious piece. We do an in-depth examination of the space and environmental context, we take into account the various house systems, all of which together produce a cohesive design tailored to the proportions and lifestyle of the household members.”

The apartment’s interior was completely demolished to construct a new architecture that adhered to the intended design. “Parallel lines” produced as part of the original design on top of the layout plan, and served as a guideline and a design language that appeared in all of space’s different elements. The lines come out in various versions all over the space, both horizontally and vertically.

Purchased by a young couple who dreamed that their home would be like their own private island, the new design is spread over an area of about 220 square meters offers a sense of freedom, luxury, comfort, and intimacy in a warm modern style, which is Identified with the designer’s style.
